Merchant Data Processing Addendum

This DPA applies when a merchant installs Arure Field Sales on Shopify. Arure LLC processes merchant and customer personal data only to provide the App, comply with law, and support security.

Subprocessors include hosting (DigitalOcean) and Shopify (platform APIs). Data is stored in the merchant's app region SQLite database on the deployed app host unless otherwise agreed in writing.
